Each Member is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active Account on golwin at any given time. You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. golwin will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify golwin immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting our support team.
Before any withdrawal is processed, golwin requires all Members to complete a KYC verification process. This process involves the submission of a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP, Passport, or SIM), and may additionally require proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. golwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, not only at the point of withdrawal. Deposits processed outside Indonesian banking hours (particularly on weekends and public holidays including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Christmas) may experience slight delays. golwin does not charge any deposit fees; however, your own financial institution may impose charges which are beyond golwin's control.
Each payment method on golwin is subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits. At the time of publication, the standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 across all channels, and the standard maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. Withdrawal minimums begin at Rp 100,000, with daily withdrawal limits depending on Member VIP tier status. Limits are subject to change and are displayed clearly at the deposit and withdrawal interfaces within your Account dashboard.
Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within 3 minutes during peak hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) provided KYC verification is complete. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time of up to 24 hours. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the golwin Account holder; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request and potential account suspension.

golwin's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use any portion of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to golwin in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

By registering a golwin Account, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. golwin employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and our servers. We will never sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
You may request closure of your golwin Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining real-money Balance in your Account, provided all wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification is complete. Any Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
